Personalised golf balls…as easy as 1, 2, 3

Personalising golf balls at Best4Balls.com is so easy and in just 3 steps you can have your own completely unique golf balls.

Attached to each of our branded golf balls is a customiser, the customiser allows you to upload your own photo, logo or text for printing onto one or two poles (or sides) of the ball.

Before you start make sure you select a high quality photo, most digital cameras or phones produce images which have a high enough quality for us to print. Remember if the image you are sending us is bad quality that is how the print will reproduce.

The maximum print size available on the golf balls is 22mm so when choosing what to print it works to be mindful of this.

Photo’s of individuals work better than group shots, if you are looking for a group shot a small group using just head and shoulders will produce the best results.

If you want a message printing, again a shorter name or phrase will always work better than a long message. For messages we recommend splitting this over 3 lines which will mean each line can be printed to the maximum capacity.

Now you know what you want to print all you need to do is follow these three steps;
  1. Upload your photo or inset your required text
  2. Choose to print on one or two sides of the ball and select the quantity of boxes you would like
  3. A visual of you uploaded image or text will show on screen, check that the details are correct and add to your shopping basket
It’s that easy, the hardest thing will be choosing which golf balls to print on!

Golf balls online

Golf balls are made for certain swings so if anyone wants to shave some strokes, it is very important to find the right and perfect one. There are six things to know about them.

1. Construction
There are 5 types of golf balls construction available like one, two, three, four and five piece.
2. Dimples
Golf ball has dimples to reduce drag and create lift. The dimples create a thin turbulent layer of air.
3. Compression
Compression is a measurement of the ball to check how much the ball compresses or squashes against the clubface when it struck.
4. Feel
A golf ball's feel is affected by its construction. Some balls feel soft off the clubface, some of feel firm or hard.
Balls with a solid rubber core often feel hard and tend to be two-piece balls. These will be more durable and generate better distance.
5. Spin
The golf ball is designed with either low, mid or high spin that means the backspin imparted by the loft of the club.

6. Different brands, different philosophies
Different manufacturers have different views about golf ball. What is most important that fit a player with a golf ball? Best4 ball offers you the branded and durable golf ball online.

Lake Golf Balls

What are they?
Lake golf balls are the balls recovered from lakes or bodies of water that lie within a golf course. These balls have been hit into the water by golfers, and not recovered by them for whatever reason (they did not wish to waste time in searching, they failed to locate the ball etc).

Recovering the balls
On a regular basis, usually once a month, the bodies of water are dredged by golf course personnel, or a contracted company, and the balls are recovered, and then sent away to be prepared for resell.

Water damage?
As long as the balls do not stay in the water for longer than three months and they will in most cases have only been in the water for one month, they should not suffer from any water damage.

Damage limitation
Golf balls that have been recovered from lakes, then sold on as golf balls, tend to not have been hit that many times, in fact a lot have only been hit a few times. Considering this, they are then without or with very little impact damage.
